IMM Photonics develops and produce fiber optic components like receptacles, multiplex modules and fiber collimators in Germany. Nearly all of these components are customer-specific. Our fiber optic components are used in electrical measurement, communication technology, medical engineering, and of course data transfer under harsh environments.

Singlemode Pigtail

Application:The fibre-coupled singlemode module can be employed wherever a high degree of temperature stability and robustness is required but space and power supply are limited. The module thus lends itself to applications in measurement technology and medical engineering, industry and research as well as in surveying. Bespoke modifications can be made at the customer’s request.

Pilot Laser red/green

Application: IMM Photonics has developed a new duplex module as a pilot laser for high-power laser systems for the use in medical engineering or material processing.

Features:
A stop filter was integrated for safe usage in high-performance lasers. It prevents reflections of the beam from affecting the laser diodes. Advantages: Small dimensions, high mechanical stability, multiple adjustment possibilities, cost-efficient even with small volumes as a standard design.

A red (635 nm) and a green laser diode (520 nm) are coupled on a common fibre. The fibre end can either be bare or quipped with all readily available fibre optic connectors during production. Other fibres and fibres length are available upon request.
