Successful handover to the next generation
Founded in 1992 as IMM Meßtechnologie GmbH, this visionary company for laser diodes and their applications can look back on a thirty-year success story in 2022. Another reason to celebrate is the handover to the next generation, which has been in the pipeline for a long time: In January 2020, Christian Raith took over from Helga Raith, who retired in March 2020. Friedrich Raith will follow her into retirement on 1 January 2023. Until 31 December 2022, IMM Photonics will, for the time being, be headed by two managing directors. By systematically building up the positions of commercial management, development management and sales management, the company can then continue to be headed by one managing director as of 1 January 2023. The entrepreneurial credo of the new managing director Christian Raith: “Direct customer contact at eye level, experienced employees with extensive expertise and a growing technology portfolio are the basis for successful projects and another thirty years of healthy growth”.
